Oh gosh, will get back to you as I left it at work!! I want to take better pictures tomorrow with my Fuji camera. It's an old camera but takes way better photos. Sorry I don't have an answer for you. I do have one at home to list and it is adjustable from 6 3/4 to 7 1/2.

Ohhh I didn't even read that part over again sorry to bother you geezzzz. Now I'm thinking maybe this is a tad big crud. When you put the beads on it do they make it smaller by taking up some of the room? I don't know if that sounds nutty to you but seeing that they aren't flat I was just wondering if that's how it works lololol.

Yes, beads do take up room and that's why they must be adjustable. i prefer the half round 'hard' type. I have 2 sizes in those but keeping the smaller one as I have tiny wrists.
