This is an adult medium, lovely dress really. Made in China however, it's made from 95% polyester and 5% spandex making that this dress is able to be stretched.

As can be seen it's strapless with lips all over the dress and it's knee length. I bought this from hot topic 2 years ago for my daughters Valentine/Sweetheart dance. As you can imagine it's never been worn since. Oh well, my loss your gain. I had this up before but the winner never sent me her address so here it is again.

May I please ask, would this dress fit someon who is about a 16 in Dress? Who also has a big bust (about 36D)

It's a medium. but with the elasticity of the material it might fit a 16. Might be a little snug but should fit.
