there are 3 motorola razors model vc3, 2 lg model # LG245, 2 samsung model sch-u410t and a samsung model sph-m540 slider, they dont need data, not on contracts, you can still text, and theres no such thing as 3rd party charges on these phones :) used for a company just upgraded.

yes unlocked, they are hspa phones exempt the razors they take sim cards. but all are unlocked.
