The listing, white used 16gb Iphone 5 (T Mobile) yes a real one on here!! Apple has ended.

I was waiting for this to be my 500th item listed on Listia but why wait? This is for a Real Apple iPhone 5!!! This is the 16gb version. I will be adding more pics soon. This is used. It was with T Mobile service. A disagreement with t mobile warranted a change in providers so it was turned off for nonpayment. It was locked to T-Mobile service. You may be able to unlock, I'm not sure.
The phone works great. I use it as a glorified iPod and use the phone with Google voice when around WiFi. What's wrong with it? Nothing but minor issues. I was dumb one day, instead of using a safety pin to open the sim card tray I pried it open. The sim card tray is fine but there is small damage to the area around the tray. It is used so has minor nicks bottom right, top left, nothing major. Screen and back in near perfect condition. Everything works. It has never been opened. Great picture quality, everything we love in our apple products!! Includes charger.

3) Do you think I didn't try to pop in a new sim?
4) If you can unlock it, it works with any sim provider.

Well I am sure most of us want the phone to use it as a phone. Not music player. And yes not giving the IMEI to anyone asking....is holding info. Therefore you ate not telling everything.

Not really, lol. Most on listia consider a ratio closer to 1000=$1. Probably closer to 1250=$1

I've used tmobile for years & been happy but I know some people have had problems with them. Sometimes, they seem almost too eager to solve whatever issue I have! So, would I be able to activate it on tmobile? Thanks!

you have an excellent track record with them. hoping so. i was very happy also until i opened a bill and seen a charge i did not agree with. contacted them and the support was not there. may have been just an angry employee but he was no help.

I had five phones on sprint pcs and was able to pass them on to others to use. Normally the phone is fine for activation as long as the phone its self was paid off, leaving a usage bill usually won't effect activation by another person using the previous carrier. I actually gave the cell phones to my step children and had no problem activating by phone or online, especially now that many companies have the bring your own phone options. I recently activated a new phone with at&t, they didn't ask any questions about the phone. They have the Sim card at the store you can purchase to use on any phone because they activate the Sim card not the phone its self. I find it much easier now because my Sim is unlocked to use with any phone, as long as it takes a Sim I can stick it in and go.

Great info. I never tried another sim because of the size sim it takes. I was (and am) upset with T-Mobile over a bogus charge they simply could have waived.

it is possible. used to be where all you did was pop in a new sim. but now, who knows? i use it with google voice around wifi. i know this wont be a solution for everyone but it is what i needed before i went temporarily with h2o service

a charge of 49.95 that i did not sign up for, did not order anything, did not have any overage. (yeah i know, only $49.95). its the principle of the thing. a longtime customer who pays on time without any problem. they should have waived that fee.
