The listing, Vintage Ring marked NV has ended.

Not antique but vintage. I think this ring is an AVON product. It is marked NV and when I researched that online others were acquainting it to Avon. I have never seen NV on a piece of jewelry so you might know more. It is definitely a costume jewelry piece. It is marked a size 6 but it fits easily on my size 7 finger. I would bid on it as a size 7. The marquis cut stone is a fake something! I don't know what but it does sparkle a lot even though I couldn't capture that in the pics.

I sale Avon and there rings tgst is stamped 925. has also the Avon stamp on it. Avon stamp is the whole word

I have seen that stamp. I have never seen NV. It may not even mean anything about Avon I came across that several times while trying to research it online. To me this ring is a mystery. It doesn't have any gold marks so it is some kind of costume jewelry. Thanks for your information.

NV engraved inside of a ring means that the ring was created in the state of Nevada. Have you had the ring checked at a Jeweler it could possibly be Gold Plating over Silver as there is a Silver mine that produced jewelry there.
