Sync / Wall Charger are Genuine Apple - Earbuds are aftermarket BUT have very good sound quality - tested ONCE

iPod touch is in GREAT Cosmetic and Functions EVERYTHING functions PERFECTLY
Wifi is great / Touch response is normal / Tabs function as designed / Jacks work as designed

I have left IOS 6.1.3 and have NOT update this - For those whom like to Jailbreak their iPods
Does and has had since new - Clear screen protector

HOWEVER - The Battery life is not very good - Battery takes a full charge BUT
it quickly drops to approx. 1/2 bar within minutes. After that it fluctuates. It drops but
seems to charge back up when back-light goes off. When you play music and press the top power button to set it into a sleep mode, it charges back up. Kinda strange.
I know that Apple has had some issues with some of their batteries - PERHAPS - if the winner was to contact Apple Customer Care - this MAY BE covered under the Hardware protection program - Depending on when this item was purchase. I am the 2nd owner and I have had it for 3 months.
APPROX. total play time with Music - 2 hours

PERFECT FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS A DOCK STATION OR PLUGGED INTO CAR STEREO SYSTEM/CHARGER
