Holy moly!!!! This is the Special Missions Brazil version of Mainframe, from a Toys R' Us-exclusive set that also included repaints of Leatherneck, Wet-Suit, and Dial-Tone, along with a new character named Claymore. It was available in 1986, the same year the original versions of Dial-Tone, Leatherneck, Mainfraime, and Wet-Suit were released.
