Both of them fasten to clothing by a snap on clip in the back.

The red dress is now recognized as the symbol for the Go For The Red campaign for women's awareness of heart disease. The goal of this campaign is to teach women the signs and symptoms of heart disease.

I am sure most everybody knows by now that the pink pendant is used as the symbol for the awareness of breast cancer.

Wear one or both of the pendants to encourage women to take care of themselves with preventative heart screenings and breast screenings. Or wear one or both of them in honor of someone you love who is battling one of the diseases or in loving memory of a loved one or friend who has lost their battle to one of these dreaded diseases.
