This tutu outfit will fit a 1 year old to a 10 year old. The skirt is 12" and has an elastic waist band that is made to stretch to fit a wide range of sizes. The skirt can be cut by you to fit any length you want. The tutu tube top is made with a chenille eyelash yarn and crochet around elastic so that it stretches. I weaved a grosgrain ribbon in a matching lavender through the top and hot glued a lovely Gerbera Daisy with a rhinestone center to the center of the ribbon. To wash tutu and top remove the ribbon and flower and hand wash in cold water. Lay top flat to dry. Tutu can be hung do not dry adds static and won't lay right.

FLOWER CLIP IS CLIPPED ONTO SKIRT CAN BE WORN ON SKIRT OR REMOVED AND WORN IN THE HAIR.
