The waistband is a standard crochet headband, so this tutu will fit sizes Newborn-??? As long as one of these headbands will fit around your little one's waist, it will fit, very stretchy! The length of the skirt is approximately 11 inches, it is a double layer to add poof! My daughter is almost 9 months and can still wear this size.

Features a stacked boutique-style bow, that can be clipped to the tutu for a fun accessory (1st picture)...OR...it can be removed and worn as a hair bow!! Super cute!
