I DO NOT Think this is silver plated. I think this is REAL silver. If I had some more of tests I would test it. It does not stick to a magnet and the width of the shank is just right for silver!!!!!!

What people dont realize, is that the price of gold, be tho it maybe high, is not anything compared to the price of silver will be. Silver is used for everything, medical supplies, cell phones, you name it. When the mines run out, it is gone, which will be in the next 5 yrs. I am not sure that this is silver, but I would bet my bottom dollar on it! I would give it to my daughter for Christmas, but she is 22 yrs old and only weighs about 90 pounds.. so it doesnt fit any of her fingers!
