Even if you are not a stamp collector this could be used to mail a letter as it is a real stamp with a value of $1.75

As per the Canada Post web site "The international stamp was inspired by traditional Chinese embroidery. The circular shape in which two rabbits chase each other in an endless circle is based on a traditional Chinese robe medallion."
