This is a" kaelyn-max-ii" blouse, size 2x, colored in vibrant orange hues'- absolutely amazing colors! it has a band of the same material across top of bosom with a decorative circle enclosed.the sleeves are puffed, 3-quarter length, with elastic on the bottom.inside of sleeves have a soft net attached so as to help keep the shape.
