I believe I bought these super kawaii items on Etsy. The earrings are brand new, I never wore them. The necklace was worn once or twice, I think. I only took the earrings out of the bag to take photos. :)

You get one pair of Sno Cone earrings and an ice cream bar necklace :D

Hmm, from the top of the bar to the very bottom of the stick... I'd say it's about 2 inches? Can't be much more than that. :)
