i insist on tracking. I buy my postage on line and anywhere in the U.S. for a small package with tracking will cost me $1.69. I have done this for years on Ebay. Tracking is 95 cents but i get it for free since i buy on line. total it will cost me in the US is 1.69. I prefer to not ship outside the U.S. thank you
