I did everything that they asked when I signed up I don't know beyond that. I am new to this and I appreciate any information or help that comes my way. I can guarantee that the auction listing is correct to the best of my ability.

It's easy :)
On the left where there are all the options like messages, watchlists, credits, etc, you'll see one that is titled Account Settings. Beneath that are several option and if you click on Verify Your Account you can see what you've done so far and what you might need to do to complete the verification process.
Verified Lisitians often tend to get more bids than those with no info on file.
