Excellent tool for loosing weight! Includes a pedometer, that you wear daily, and plug into the Nintendo at night, and it calculates steps your daily fitness. List of daily objectives, challenges, and follow up on your progress.

I used this with my Nintendo and was primarily why I purchased the Nintendo DS - it is a wonderful program, and I would recommend it to anyone concerned with their weight.
