how do we find out if the starbucks near us accepts them?

They SHOULD be accepted nationally, however I can't swear by that, only living in one city and all. You can always go to a Starbucks, point at the coupon (they have the same bags there) and ask if they accept this coupon. I would think they pretty much have to.
