Like a med (I think)i would say my daughter is one but small and still uses the 1 snappis (BUT she is about 15 lbs now and 26 inches.)

Snappi only come in 2 sizes. The smaller (size 1) for newborn +. Size 2 is wdier to fit larger toddlers / children better.
