Sorry I took so long to respond- alot of work (retail). I found a description saying that you use this on clean wet hair; leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Rinse it thoroughly & dry as usual. It helps restore the look of brittle, broken hair promoting hair that is shiny; protected from heat-styling tools. It becomes frizz-free, full of body, smooth and manageable.
