Stretchy, they're one size fits all. So anyone small to large would look great on it. I just loved the color when I saw it. This are not winter leggings, they're normal ones :)

@corinascorner I measured it. Without stretching, it measures 11.0 inches and it stretches up to 21.5 inches, my guess is that anyone with jeans size 1-16 would be good for it. But that's just a guess. To be sure, if your waist measures between 22 to 40 inches around then this will fit perfectly :)
