Iv got kinda big fingers. A 7 1/2 and 8 fit on my ring finger. And this only fits my pinky

Not really sure what it is. There is no stamps on it, iv have it for several years and it hasnt turned colors nor left any green color on me. So maybe its silver or metal. Iv got no clue how to tell what it is.
