The listing, Beautiful Forever21 White Chiffon dress w/ white beading detail around the collars and chest has ended.

Unfortunately this gift from a friend was a bit small for me, so other than the one time I wrote it to try it out, or had never been worn or washed. it's pretty much brand new. it's a what chiffon dress with a tape/tank underneath included with white bead details around the collar and chest area. It has 3/4 sleeves and comes to a few inches above the knee. it is a size medium.

Yes its an empire waist, it's about 28 inches (without stretching) but it streches.
