I purchased this new back in 2006 and only played for about a week. It comes with the manual and is in good condition with a few marks from age.

I would prefer to stay away from that method but I will accept it if that is all that you could do. If you have a credit card it takes a few minutes to make a paypal account.

Yes. It goes up to 40 players and I think there's also a co-op mode, but I'm not completely sure.
