You said this is BNIP, and What U See is What You Get? Is this really BNIP? If so then why is it when you look at the photos you can clearly see that not only is this not BNIP (No media security strip, in second photo you can clearly see damage to the upper right corner of the case itself.

I would hardly call a quarter of an inch of plastic that has been ripped damage to the package. Who knows where the security device is, it has been my experience to find security devices on the inside of packaging these days. With all due respect I certainly hope that you don't nitpick every auction you look at the way you have this one. This DVD is brand-new still in the plastic and as far as a security device I don't know WTH it is. Nor do I care. In fact the only reason I would wonder these questions that you have is if I were wanting to take this item back to the store. I would be more than happy to post pictures, more pictures, however it said the auction was too close to ending for me to do so. Had I gotten this question sooner I would have been happy to send you as many photos as you would like ,that's not the case though. So back to the basics, what you see IS what you get and it is one copy of the Lord of the rings (the fellowship of the ring) movie brand-new in packaging I certainly hope this has cleared your curiosities and concerns. After hundreds and hundreds of auctions, my goal is not to incorrectly described a single DVD. I hope you have a very pleasant weekend.

No I do not "nitpick" every auction. Just the ones I am interested in and have concerns about. Having hundreds of auctions listed just makes it easier for people to scam so I could care or less about that. The Media Security Strip Is along the edges. You said "This DVD is brand-new still in the plastic and as far as a security device I don't know WTH it is. Nor do I care. If it were BNIP it should be in the condition that if you were to take it back to the store they would see no problems with it. YOU MISREPRESENTED THIS!!! and you should care or is BNIP just something you list on your items to get more bids? Sorry if I tend to be careful with what I bid on. I just do not like being scammed.
