Is this a code that gives 3 free D2D transfers? Is this good for SD or HDX? I know what Vudu D2D is but I've never heard of any kind of codes associated with it.

Walmart had a promotion with Despicable Me 2 cards that had a code on the back. I did a cut & paste from the VUDU site for the above Info. I'd never heard of it before.
If you need more info all I can suggest is to go VUDU site.I don't know if they expire and delivery is digital.

oh okay. these came from the walmart pizzas. That is what I thought they might be. These are vudu movie credits and each code is $2. Thank you for clearing it up.
