1935 E was referring to the date. Not sure what that E means
It is stamped DC - is that the D? from the serial number
I know on newer bills there is a seal on the left of Washington referring to the mint location

I typed what is next to the date. 1935 E - didnt mean that to be the series
The seal is stamped DC
The pictures are of the correct bill.
