This is a mid-calf to ankle length blue-jeans SKIRT. If it were jeans, i'd describe it as mid to high rise. Button closure, the buttons are not all the way down, they stop right above the knee to make a flattering slit in the front. 100% Cotton Denim, Brand name is Billy Blues. The tag says Juniors' 9 but I don't believe it--I wore this when I was a size 5/6
Here are the measurements: Waist - 28 inches, Hip - 36 inches, Waist to where buttons end - 16 inches, Where buttons end to hem - 19 inches.
I'm 5' even, and this goes to my ankles.
