It measures 9.5" H x 7" W
The cover is one that snaps onto the iPad.

I won this from Listia, but it does not fit my tablet.

I have a kindle, I thought this was a neoprene cover, the pics in the auction I won it from were so small, you couldn't tell what it was. Plus the person auctioning it off said it was 5" x 5".

If an iPad mini is 9.5" tall and 7" wide, then yes it will, otherwise no it won't.

The dimensions I looked up for the iPad mini says that it is 7.87" tall and 5.3" wide, so, no I am sorry, this cover will not fit an iPad mini

The dimensions I looked up for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10" are 10.10 x 6.90 x 0.38 in. If it fit at all it would more than likely be a VERY tight fit.

The tab 3 is 4.87" x 8.26" x 0.29". So, no unfortunately it will not fit. The tab will be too small to fit in this cover. Sorry

Height: 9.4 inches (240 mm)
Width: 6.6 inches (169.5 mm)
Depth: 0.29 inch (7.5 mm)

It would probably fit the height, but the cover would be wider than the iPad.
