I have the smallest Chihuahua with the biggest mouth. It would fit her at the 6 inch neck. She might weigh 3 lbs.

I am a cat woman but sure wish i could give one to the neighbor for her barker.. I can't even enjoy a bbq outside he will run to the fence and bark at me for hours and hours until i go back inside. I tried to make friends with him but he just loves barking at me. :D
