This is a Verizon motorola razr v3m cell phone in silver.
It comes with the phone, battery, battery cover and charger.
It is in very good condition.
Everything still works on it.
Screens and buttons are in great condition.
Battery cover is scratched up but the rest of the phone looks great.
It has been cleared back to factory settings.

As far as i know it will if you know someone at an AT&T store that will flash it to AT&T.

As far as i know you can get a usb cord for it that fits the charger port that can then plug into your computer, but i can't guarantee that since i have no way to check.

I had it on my verizon account back when i had verizon (i have ntelos now) and it was taken off the account when we switched to another phone.
