I WILL include all the GIN options IF the bid breaks or meets 62,555

the winner MUST notify me - If the winner does not monitor the comments then that tells me they are only originally bidding to win the PSP/Charger.

The ONLY way a giver can do that is if it has no bids.

Yes, what that means is: Once the bid reach 38,888 the option for using the GIN option goes away.
