If your car that doesn't have a cigarette lighter in it can you buy this and get a cigarette inserter so i can light cigarettes like the push in kind like when they had cigarette lighter in the older cars

If you have the ability to install the old style cigarette lighter into your vehicle then yes you would be able to use it. :)
