First, I'd like y'all to know that I don't know very much about vintage pens, so bear with me please. :) I stumbled upon these at a local antique shop, in a box of pens, pencils and oddities. There's a good chance I got the two caps mixed up on these pens....oops. Sorry, if I did, but they're too similar for me to tell apart. Okay, onto the information about them.
The black and gold tone pen: "Warranted Wing-Flow U.S.A." is printed on the nib(?) which is gold in color. The pen appears to be missing a thin band at the top of the black barrel. "Made in U.S.A." is printed on the lever.
The gold tone pen: "2" is the only marking on the very small nib, which is gold tone. "Made in U.S.A." is stamped on the lever and on the clip.There appears to be a hairline crack on the piece above the barrel, running top to bottom, but no ridge is felt along the "crack".
I have no idea if any of the gold tone is actual gold on either pen, and no way of knowing if the plastic material is bakelite. Both pens appear to be in restorable shape and are possibly usable at present.

**I don't "do" buyers remorse, so if you have any doubts about any of my auctions, please don't bid. These are pre-owned pens and are "as is". As I said, I don't know anything about them except the little I'm learning on google. :) I hope they'll go to a good home with someone that knows about the "care and feeding" of these vintage babies. :)
