First, I have to tell you that I don't know very much about vintage pens, so bear with me please. :) I stumbled upon these at a local antique shop, in a box of pens, pencils and oddities. I'll do my best to describe them, but please check out all the pictures.
1. Clear plastic blue with silver tone cap. Nib says "Sheaffer's 304 Made In USA", clip says "Sheaffer's".
2. Burgundy/Gold Tone early ballpoint pen, 1940's?. Clip says "Supreme".
3. Silver/Gray color. Nib says "BROAD 8364 U.S.A." Has a screw cap. Clip says "WEAREVER".
4. Black w/thin Gold Tone band, early ballpoint (1940's or 50's?) The ballpoint is slightly loose. The clip says "U.S.A. NORMAN 'G' ".
5. Black early ballpoint (40's?) Screw on cap, clip says
"WEAREVER".

I don't clean these since I'm not qualified to do so and might ruin them. They can be restored and, from what I've read, the ballpoint pens can be converted to use current ink refills. They all appear to be in good shape. :)

**I don't "do" buyers remorse, so if you have any doubts about any of my auctions, please don't bid. These are pre-owned pens and are "as is". As I said, I don't know anything about them except the little I'm learning on google. :) I hope they'll go to a good home with someone that knows about the "care and feeding" of these vintage babies. :)
