This is a Franklin Mint Heirloom Collection "Teddy's Winter Fun" Limited Edition Plate No. (Not sure if it's an L?) LA7922.
It comes with no Certification papers, and no original box. It is bordered and individually hand numbered with 24K gold. I know this, as I have other plates in this collection with the certification. Again this does NOT come with box or certification.
