Last time it was hooked up it worked normally. However, (sorry I forgot to mention this in the description) it is just the console and the controller. No other cords.

No, sorry. I don't have a bank account which means no paypal. I would need either a check or cash sent. I will also accept a money order (if issued by USPS).

???? I don't have a bank account either but I still am able to use paypal. You don't have a credit or debit card either I asume?

Well, when I tried to sign up it wouldn't let me unless I had a credit card or debit card, and I don't have those because I don't have a bank account. I'm really sorry but I can't do anything about that. I might be able to get one eventually. But the earliest would probably be in a week or so.
