I believe basic shipping would be less then that and the same no matter the area. sometimes it cheaper just to put it in your own box. just a helpful tip

I am counting on using my own box, but because it weighs about 6 pounds, not counting any packing, bubble wrap , newspaper etc. that has to be added to the box so it arrives safely. And I use the rates exactly from zip code to zip code on the United States Post Office web site so each zip code region is a different cost. Also, the post office charges surcharges on packages that over over their girth, height, and width guidelines. And I also print out my labels from home which the post office discounts me to do, and the only service they are offering for that zip code and the weight of the package is priority mail. so it can't go first class or parcel post. Trust me I don't make any money on the shipping
