so what is the bag made of or what's inside it? I've never heard of this and am curious as to what makes it work for potatoes etc.

It is a quilted bag. You wrap a clean potato/sweet corn ear in a wet paper towel, put it in the bag and microwave for 2-3 minutes and it comes out like it was baked in the oven for an hour.

I make these and they work great!! The potatoes are not dried out and come out much better than being baked in an oven.
