This is a cute small black dress that I bought from a consignment store. It was a bubble dress but I cut the bottom off because bubble dresses look awful on me so now it is a flowy short dress/long shirt. There is nothing wrong with it, I just don't have a bra that I can wear with it as the neckline is low. The tag has been cut out but it is made from a stretchy, flowy spandex type material so it will keep its dark black color and shape no matter what. It comes from a smoke-free home. "Exact" shipping means the exact cost of shipping it to you and it varies based on your location, I use the cheapest option available unless you would like a different one.
