You can apply lotion on your legs gently but not alot because will ruin tattoo. Use baby oil or lotion to remove and to apply remove plastic film than press picture side unto your skin soak a cloth and than soak back of tattoo with cloth wait 30 to 45 seconds than carefully remove still attached paper from skin. :-)
