Adorable. clear glass. horse with area to hold toothpicks. in victorian times they had a dish for everything on their elaborate tables. toothpick holders were also popular in the 30s and 40s. they had all kinds. horses, ships, and so many other styles in clear and colored glass. they are very collectible and look fabulous when displayed on a window sill or in a stream of sunlight!this one is clear but it is very unique and a hard to find design.
