Hello and welcome to my auction. Thanks for taking a peek at this, this is a pretty special auction ^_^ This collar belonged to my great grandmother, she passed away about 5 years ago and my grandmother gave me some jewelry of hers to list. My great grandmother has traveled all over the world, living into her 90's. In the items given to me, it was discovered that necklaces she wore every day were 1900 Pre-Ban hand carved Ivory. I am holding on to some but haven't a use for a collar like this as it is a bit too tight on me ^_^l; so I am sending this back out into the world to continue her memory :)

This item was given to me under the impression that each individual piece is polished coral. Every piece is different then the last, all beautifully organic in both color and shape. It is threaded on clear cord with a gold-toned C-clasp. I am honestly unsure of whether this is meant to be worn as a bracelet or necklace...It fits comfortably wrapped twice around my wrist. Any info would be greatly appreciated ^_^; She was an amazing lady and I would love to know more about her adventures.
