The listing, Xbox 360 RROD CONSOLE ONLY has ended.

I have a white Xbox 360 console with the rrod. I obviously have no use for it, I'd like to be able to replace it with a working one since I've tried to fix it and wasn't able to. it's an overheating error for anyone that wants to know. any questions just let me know.

I have looked and it's either the towel or q tip "fix" which is ridiculous, or having to buy things to fix it. i don't want to spend money on something that's not guaranteed to work.

true it was a shot I know the q tips did work for 3 xbox iv worked on before with proper cleaning as far as mod is also when u cut the seal on the xbox or blow dry is counted as modding with xbox

I bought it used, was told it was working fine, used for a few days before it died. I was *****. I'd love to just be able to fix it but I'm not sure if I can.

true it is tricky I would bid but I have to wait my last won item has to wait for a week due to out of town and pay day is in one week and 4 days lol and my ps one no deal on bids yet im trying to sale or trade my old ps one but ill keep a watch on urs

Yeah Microsoft kinda dropped the ball with the 360 instead of fixing the issue, they just came out with different versions. I'll try to fix it, if I can I'll take it off here, if not then hopefully I can replace it with a working one. I only need a console, I have everything else. that's why i only put the console up here and not the controller, cords, or games.

Yeah i should probably sell my ps2 and games but if i do that ill probably sell if for actual money. A disk drive is way easier to replace than a hardware failure or overheating failure. I've seen a few dead 360s on here though for fairly cheap. Theres not many on here at all though which sucks. I mean hell, if someone was selling a repair kit id go for that.
