Here's the deal. Winner will receive a practically brand new tablet, but the screen gave out only 3 days after receiving it as a Christmas gift.

Bad news: Walmart would NOT let me return/ exchange it without the missing receipt.

Good news: There is a very good chance RCA will fix/ replace the product. Check/ Contact support at http://www.rcatablets.com/tablets/7-4gb.

Personally, I just don't want to go through the hassle of trying to get it replaced or fixed.

I'm sorry, but this auction has "bull$hit" written all over it. Trusted seller or not - I just got burned for $18.80 shipping by a "trusted" seller who had no intention of sending out the laptop I won - prior to that it was a netbook by another seller with stories , and excuses and runarounds - so it's nothing personal if people are leery every time a big ticket item comes up for auction here. It's just too easy to scam for some people - and 1 negative feedback doesn't seem to matter much. After 20 days you automatically get credits pending - item sent/received - or not. That is why the shipping timeframe is critical.

This should have a 1 year manufacters warranty that comes with it. I bought one of these for a family member and they love it.

You are absolutely correct. That's why it's a WONDERFUL deal. The one year warranty isn't from the store, that comes with the actual product has NOT been used and it's less than two months old from time of purchase. I just can't find the receipt and do not want to deal with the hassle of calling the customer service number and etc. etc. Thanks for the comment and good luck if you bid! =)

It may not, but I say that in case it does to prevent any miscalculations. Shipping isn't cheap and I don't actually deliver it myself so I state that in case anything doesn't go accordingly.

To clarify a couple of things for people, WalMart will not take returns or exchanges without receipt for electronics. Maybe for other departments, but not that one. Also, I noticed a new pic did not get posted. That is because it is less than 24 hours to the end of the auction and too late for any changes or additions.

Yeah, it's too late for any changes. I made a mistake by posting this auction while I was on a trip to Vegas. But you are correct about there policy and I'm not positive if RCA will repair the product without the receipt. So no guarantee's to the winner. They will be definitely receiving a broken tablet, However, whether or not it's free to repair, I have no clue. Thanks for clarifying some things for me. =)

I got my son one of these for Christmas and his did the same thing. These is a reset button on the back I used a tooth pick and pushed that rest button and it has worked perfect every since. Didn't even loose his apps

Can you tale a picture of just the tablet ?? I know that you did tale one but please step back a little way to close . So it gets googl play store right also can you still use tablet although it has lines? One more thing you say it came like that and you don't want to bother taping it back are you really going to let a place like Walmart rip you off ? May be if have a ton of money who knows maybe you do ok please let me know if it useable with the lines

try charging it.... could be dead... my son got one from wal-mart... same problem he got a charger for it... charged it for 2 days and eh... works okay now..... who knows how long they sit from factory to our hands....and what kinds of weather zapps the batteries when there in those big ole trucks crossing the country.... jus a thought

My apologies for being rude earlier. I am just confused about the stock photos and your statement that it would take 2-3 weeks to receive the tablet. As a trusted seller, you are familiar with how much impact photos have and with the one week delivery policy. I would love for this to be everything you say it is. Can you address those concerns, please?

I used my computer's camera and edited images via paint and used one stock photo from the internet because I was to lazy to take my own images than upload them to the computer with a camera. I can upload new ones with my name and everything, or even my sad face next to the tablet,lol, but I just thought being a trusted seller I wouldn't have to go through all that.
I wasn't aware of the one week delivery process. I send all my won auctions out as promised, all the time, but a couple have been later than a week. I guess I get lucky with feedback, because they didn't mind receiving a week late. All I know is I guarantee to send out within a three-four week time span with tracking and no one has mind yet.

and you CAN get a COPY of the receipt from Walmart! When my Nextbook charging port messed up i had to have the receipt to send it back to get it fixed. All i did was go to the store and they looked up the register that i had gotten it at and they printed it out for me! And they will give gift cards if you don't have the receipt for it!

Not only that ~> it can be returned right now due to receiving as a Xmas gift. You can get credit /return gift card. This sounds like a scam or not in her possession ..coming from somebody else since she's sure of the product u will receive. Plus, it doesn't take 2-3 wks to get an item. U have within 7 days to ship item..and winner have within 7 days to send u their verified address for u to send.

The screen doesn't display like it should. It's shown in the picture. There are no cracks though. The actual screen itself isn't broken, it's just the display.

The display shows lines and what's suppose to appear doesn't. It just show's a bunch of colorful lines. The actual screen is NOT damaged or cracked.
