You bet, in fact, I do not understand anyone who wouldn't ship to PR or who says they will charge you an extra cost. As you know, it's a US Territory & as such, it costs the exact same whether I ship to Oklahoma or PR.

When I lived in India for 10 months back in '91, I had my hair dyed to dark, dark, brown...thought I would "fit in" better,lol, a 5'9", fair, pregnant lady is gonna stand out no matter the color of my hair...but yeah, I want to try this shade sometime..
