Blocking someone's comment should not be a cause for concern and there should be no reason anyone should ask the seller why he/she blocked it. If the seller is verified and has positive feedback then that's all that matters. The reason for most if not all blocks is because someone was rude. Whether they are spamming their own auctions or complaining about shipping fees, or complaining about the GIN too high, etc. If nothing else about the auction would cause you to be concerned, then being concerned over a blocked comment is just ridiculous.
