It is clean, it can run with or without a sum card. I used it on the Verizon network. I have no idea if it can be flashed.

Can you guys not see the questions or the description? I haven't used this before so maybe I put it in the wrong place. But it runs on the Verizon network, it has a clean ESN, and it does take a Sim Card. I have no idea what flashing a phone is, so I don't know...

You can Google majority of the questions. Most time the phone model ,brand goes along with certain company . Google should say all u need except if he will supply a charger etc. helpful howdy. .
