As stated in the description, this is being send PRIORITY MAIL. That is why the shipping costs what it does. If you want cheaper shipping, then you supply the padded envelope and pay the postage upfront. Seriously, I'm ok with that, but I don't have income so I can't pay for everyone to take my items.
