not used... one of the bars is bent.. is this item in full working condition

This item has never been used. If the bar is bent it came that way. I have all connectors & instructions in the box with it when it comes delivered. Thank you.

I already have one of these and love it. I have 6 dogs and it works better than stepping over a regular baby gate to get in my bedroom. The only problem is my 5 lb Chihuahua can fit through the bars. F & W

I could really use this for my dog! I got one of the cheap plastic ones that is supposed to hold by tension to the doorway and a plastic piece broke once when I turned the crank to create the pressure, and it hasn't worked since. This one looks much more heavy duty!
